ArcAllot is a programmable USDC allocation platform deployed for Arc Testnet use. Testnet assets are for development, testing, and verification and must not be treated as mainnet funds or financial value.

Pool owners are responsible for recipient eligibility, claim approvals, spending category accuracy, visibility settings, and all metadata they enter into ArcAllot.

ArcAllot prepares wallet-signed transactions for Arc Testnet. Users should review wallet prompts carefully before signing any transaction.

Visibility settings control what ArcAllot displays in the application UI and metadata layer. They do not create cryptographic privacy, and on-chain activity may remain visible on ArcScan.
