ArcAllot stores account, linked identity, pool, recipient, category, claim, transaction, and audit metadata needed to operate allocation workflows.

Discord login stores stable Discord user IDs so eligibility is not dependent on changeable display names. Twitter/X login is disabled in this release.

Claim reasons are stored off-chain for auditability. Full private comments are not intentionally written on-chain; transactions may include hashes or references instead.

Public, partial, and private visibility modes affect application display only. Arc Testnet transactions may be visible through the Arc explorer.
